Shipping Policy
Thank you for ordering with Eywa Essentials! All orders will be shipped via USPS. If USPS is unable to deliver packages to your physical address, please provide a PO Box or add a note during checkout requesting an alternate shipping method.
Although CBD is federally legal, some states have restricted the sale of hemp derived products such as CBD. Due to these restrictions, we are unable to ship CBD products to the following states: Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire, and South Dakota.
Return & Exchange Policy
For the health and safety of all of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel your order. If your order has already been boxed up and prepared for shipment, it is no longer eligible for a cancellation.
